Hiring two line ops leads at MSP

Morning bank is growing; shifts run 0400–1200, and I need leaders who can hit a 35-minute narrowbody turn without compromising safety — full FOD walks every cycle, headset discipline, cargo door latch verification, and accurate load closeout. If you’ve run mixed-fleet ramp teams and hold GSE quals (TLD/JBT), let’s talk; coaching under pressure and SMS fluency are non-negotiable.

At MSP’s 0400 bank we kept the ‘35-minute narrowbody turn’ by running a headset-led reverse walk right after chocks — lead goes nose-to-tail while the headset reads back cargo door latch status and physically taps each handle, which has saved us from late “door not latched” calls and keeps load closeout clean. Only caveat: in snow/ice we shift it to T-10 for traction and visibility.

But at 0400, ACARS ‘load closeout’ cross-check at -10; winter needs +1 minute.

@l_moore66 we used a bright Velcro ‘latch band’ on each pit: headset tactile-checks, pulls the band, clips it to the belt so the lead can verify at a glance before push; in snow I bump the W&B send to -12 and park a broom at the nose — fit your flow?
